Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This site is operated by Visionary Tech Consulting LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, doing business as ProBids.construction.
2. What we collect
We collect the information you send us: contact details from leads and sample-pack requests, project details from quote requests, order and billing details from orders, and the drawings and documents you upload.
3. Drawings and uploads
Uploaded drawings are kept in private storage. Access is limited to ProBids.construction staff working on your order, and files are never published.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Email
Order and account emails are sent through our transactional email provider, Resend. We do not send marketing email without your request.
6. We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
7. Retention
We keep order records, drawings and correspondence as long as needed to deliver the work, handle revisions and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You may ask us to delete your information sooner where the law allows.
